Anxiety SymptomsAs each person have their unique chemical make up, the number, type, frequency and intensity of anxiety symptoms will vary from one individual to the other. For instance, one person can experience only one mild anxiety symptom, while another can have all anxiety symptoms in them and that too in great severity.

Some of the common symptoms associated with anxiety are as follows-

  • Allergy problems
  • Back pain, tension, stiffness, soreness, pressure, spasms, immobility in the back or back muscles
  • Loss of color in the skin or face
  • Paleness
  • Turning red, flushed skin and face
  • Body zaps, jolts and tremors

  • throbbing or pulsing muscles

  • shooting or stabbing pain in the head, neck, or face
